In the event you need Roadside Assistance or Towing, simply call 1-800-745-5791.

3. Producer Code- 28775

4. Plan Letter- B

Please make sure you have all of the information available for the dispatchers when you call for service.  The plan allows you two (2) services per year.  One (1) service per disablement and one (1) service per seventy-two (72) hours.
