Red River United SMS Text Message Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Red River United (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers members and supporters the option to receive informational and promotional text messages related to union updates, events, membership information, and advocacy efforts (“SMS Program”). By opting in to our SMS Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to Red River United and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
 You may opt in through online forms, paper membership forms, event sign-ups, or by texting a keyword to a designated number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary but will generally include updates, alerts, reminders, and other relevant information. We strive to limit messages to those that are timely and important to our members.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your decision.
 If you wish to rejoin, you can opt in again by following the initial sign-up process.
